Jim's out of the ICU (room 3110 if you're looking for a new place to send cards and letters).  Duke medical personnel are doing what preparation they can for a heart transplant, though a date for such a thing is still yet to be determined.  Doctors still have not made a final decisions about whether the transplant will also include his kidneys.
